So what used to be a very busy playroom over the past few weeks, was just Rylie and me today. Between families going home, switching to the afternoon visitation time, and some people having sick children, we were left with a very quiet playroom. It was definitely a nice change, though the company is always nice. Rylie was very active and vocal today- she was singing her song again and rocking her head from side to side-- very cute. She's also making a lot of progress in her attempts to pull herself up to a stand. She's been able to get to her knees for a while now, but she has yet to use the right thing to pull herself up. For the past few days, she's been pushing up from something too low to the ground, which is how she ends up in the crazy position pictured in yesterday's blog of her balancing on her head.
It's definitely much harder to capture good pictures being the only set of hands in the room, but here are a few from today's visit.
And just one last picture- this is our little "determined" baby who pushes my hands off the sippy cup and cries when I try to help turn it the right way and tilt it back. She hasn't quite got it figured out, but if determination counts for anything, she'll get it soon!

We definately notice some changes over the past few weeks - she is getting even more cute - grandparent bias of course, and we can't wait for the up front, in person hugs. Hang in there! Before you know it, you'll all be home. Cheers!

So glad you were able to get some pictures. 4 hands are better than 2 but you clearly have figured out how to manage.
